Travel Assistance Grants

OMF is once again opening up its Travel Assistance Grant (TAG) program to provide funds for Retreat attendees evidencing financial hardship.

If you and your caregiver feel that attending this conference would be worthwhile from a medical and/or personal perspective but feel that paying for travel to and from Palo Alto, CA and lodging, OMF can work with you. We have alternative lodging options and for those with marked financial hardship including limited or full loss of income, disability or other personal constraints making attendance difficult, OMF will be offering cash grants through the TAG program.  These grants are made possible by the generosity both of OMF donors in the past and those Retreat attendees choosing to pay their own way this year.

For more information, please email TAG@ocularmelanoma.org and reference the EANA Retreat. The application process is similar but not as involved as the typical TAG grant application process.
