In Loving Memory of Joseph O’Connor

Joseph Patrick O’Connor age 66 of Chanhassen, MN, passed away at home surrounded by his family on December 26th. Joe always loved a round of golf with his friends and a meal with his family. He enjoyed a long career with Kraft Foods, retiring in 2015. He had many lifelong friendships from his days growing up in Davenport, IA. Joe was a faithful fan of the Chicago Bears and loved watching a game, despite their track record. He was a loving husband, a proud father,and a caring grandfather. He will be forever missed and always remembered.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents Jim and Ellie O'Connor; granddaughter Sloane Grace Tapper. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Melissa; 3 daughters Caitlin (Colin), Colleen (Jeff) and Meghan (Charlie); 2 grandsons Nolan and Aidan; 6 siblings Rosemary O'Haver, Tom (Marcia) O'Connor; Dennis (Diannia) O'Connor, Carol Ann (Paul) Eccelston, Mary Ellen (Joe) Metzger and John (Elaine) O'Connor. Funeral Mass Saturday, December 30th, 2023 11:00 AM with visitation starting @ 9:30 AM all at St. Hubert's Catholic Community-8201 Main Street, Chanhassen, MN
