In Honor of Cary Thomas

As many of you know, one of our league players,
Cary Thomas, is dealing with a rare form of cancer called Uveal Melanoma.

While there is no current cure for Uveal Melanoma, there are several clinical drug trials showing promising results. We want to help support the research efforts with this fundraising activity where all net proceeds and any additional donations will go to Ocular Melanoma Foundation.

Depending on the number of participants, we will have at least 2 fields for some round robin kickball play. This is NOT limited to softball league players. Anyone is welcome to donate and play! The more, the merrier!

Ocular Melanoma is a rare disease.  Therefore funding for research to find a cure is very limited at this time.
Please help us to fund this research needed to save family and friends for suffering with this incurable disease.
